Bought it from the frozen meant section of the Farmers Market by Gate 3. Let it thaw in the fridge over the last few days. Cooking it now........dogs drooling like crazy, and I almost am. More later........

Maybe a hair too much salt, but even at that, still the best damn bacon I have had in some time. Got a tomato and some lettuce setting up for a menage a trois on some bread with more of this bacon later.
