Bacon jerky to be exact. We tried some recently. Bought some different varieties. I like the maple one better. Tastes just like bacon without the crunch. It would make a good protein source for a hiker or someone that doesn't have refrigeration.
For now just eating it out of the package. I'm sure there are a few recipes where you could incorporate this ingredient for some additional flavor and texture.
