ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT CANCELLED

Hollywood Reporter reported that "American Dad" will take over "Arrested Development's" time slot on May 1, 2005 -- shortening "Arrested Development's" second season to 18 episodes.

That's a shame. I am a fan of animated TV, but the "American Dad" that was on after the Super Bowl was quite lame. If it were half as funny as "Family Guy", I might feel differently.
