Thank you BG~! :flowers:
I'll quit biatching now.

I make the same Craisin cookies about 2X a month. The kids loose their minds over them. I omit the white chocolate, though.
I really don't need 6 kids all amped up when it's too cold to go outside.

I am so very blessed
Here's another REALLY yummy cookie recipe. Enjoy!

Raspberry-Chocolate Chip Cookies

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup shortening
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon raspberry flavoring (found in cake decorating supply stores)
2 cups rolled oats
1 ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 ½ cup white chocolate chips
½ cups chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sift flour together with baking powder, soda, and salt; set aside. In another large bowl, cream shortening and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla and raspberry flavoring. Gradually stir in flour mixture until well blended. Stir in oats, chocolate and white chocolate chips and pecans. Drop by tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart on prepared baking sheets. Bake 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Transfer to racks to cool. Makes six dozen.
