Russell, III today sentenced Davon Nelson, age 35, of Baltimore, today to 11 years in federal prison, followed by three years of supervised release, for distribution of fentanyl and conspiracy to distribute fentanyl. Nelson, a career offender, had numerous prior state conviction for drug related offenses.
