Hollander sentenced Delroy Williams, Jr. age 32, of Baltimore, Maryland, to 135 months in federal prison, followed by five years of supervised release, for a conspiracy to distribute five kilograms or more of cocaine, and for possession with intent to distribute cocaine and marijuana. Judge Hollander imposed the sentence on September 5, 2019.
