Hollander today sentenced Benjamin Fowlkes, age 35, of Baltimore, Maryland, to 150 months in federal prison, followed by three years of supervised release, for the armed robbery of a convenience store and the armed robbery of a bank. Judge Hollander also ordered Fowlkes to pay restitution of $13, 294.92.
