U.S. District Judge Deborah L. Boardman sentenced Tarance Damon Cousar, age 45, of Baltimore, Maryland, to 102 months in federal prison, followed by 2 years of supervised release, for illegal possession of a stolen firearm. Cousar was a previously convicted felon and knew that he was prohibited from possessing a firearm or ammunition. Cousar admitted that he knew, or had reason to know, that the gun was stolen.
