A federal jury convicted Delroy Williams, Jr. age 32, of Baltimore, Maryland, for a conspiracy to distribute five kilograms or more of cocaine, and for possession with intent to distribute cocaine and marijuana. The jury returned its verdict late on May 20, 2019. Williams fled and was a fugitive from justice prior to his original trial date in November 2018. Williams was arrested on January 11, 2019, and has been detained since that time.
