I don't know what they allegedly did or any of the circumstances, but Ms. Mosby, Baltimore's premiere States Attorney, has now indicated 25 correctional officers for alleged abuse of their powers...
That Freddie Gray debacle isn't enough for her I reckon.
So with Government corruption running rampant in that fine metropolis, she is making a name for herself as a champion of thugs, muggers and inmates by arresting the police/correctional officers...
I see a VP wanna be festering here...

Well if they're breaking the law or abusing the inmates they should be arrested, don't you think?

However:

Hmmm.... I want to know exactly what they did.

Of course, but unfortunately she has stains of being corrupt and inept. And being a minority woman in charm city gets more passes than Julian Edelman. All of the officers involved in the Freddie gray case are ruined, yeah they got their jobs back and retroactive pay but aren’t made whole again.

Um....wait a sec...there's more:

More than 300 Baltimore police officers who were accused of integrity issues will not be allowed to testify in court, State's Attorney Marilyn Mosby told a state commission looking at the Gun Trace Task Force on Tuesday.

WBAL has the worst reporting. It's like they're using high school interns with no editorial supervision. Testify against what? In general, or with regard to the situation in the OP?

are accused of acts of violence, intimidation and use of excessive force.

I'm sure the poor souls didn't resist or assault the officers in anyway shape or form either.

Testifying in court on any case because she believes their testimony in those matters would jeopardize the case. She has some reason to believe they lie cheat much like any city elected official or Mayor.
