THAT is ridiculous.. I'd laugh if it wasn't so incredibly stupid for someone in the governemnt to even suggest it..

But then again, in the Army any sex act other then "missionary" is illegal.. adultery is illegal, to include pre-marital sex.. you can get into trouble (the way the rules are written) for with your SPOUSE!!

I agree that you shouldn't be dishonorably discharged, but I think there should be some form of punishment for soliciting sex. The military is all about appearances, and nothing about hiring a hooker is classy, or honorable. It cheapens the people who participate in it, would you want someone defending you who is so hung up on sex he has to buy it? Service members are supposed to be representatives of our country, and that's not how a lot of people want to be represented. JMO....

I wonder if a punishment for having cybersex with someone other than your spouse is being worked on in the books. I actually wouldn't be surprised if it is being worked on.

Yeah, I've never understood why guys pay directly for sex when there are so many willing participants who are into the payment plan. :shrug:

I’ve heard the stories where guys just want a void and run kind of thing, but that happens all the time without just paying over the $$ for a slice.

No, their job is to risk their lives and kill the enemy so we can enjoy free speach, safe homes and Starbucks coffee. If my job envolved getting shot at, or even just working 12 hrs. a day, with as much responisibility as they have (deployment), you better damn well know I'm going to want three things when I get off duty and the first two are a hot meal and a beer.

Personally, I think the hiring of hookers for any service member who wants it should be part of the benefits package. It's the least we can do. :shrug:
