The numbers mean absolutely nothing unless you tell us the network, your ISP, the router you use, the PC you use.....

I get 700 down and 200 up. Is that good? Yeah it is, considering I have 1/2 speed DSL.

Yea anything is better then what we have today in this area. Just think FioS will be offering 100/20 by the end of this year. 200/50 by the end of next year.
