Bankers Association Wants 'No Hats, No Hoods, No Sunglasses' Policy

"SARASOTA, Fla. — Responding to a more than one-third hike in bank robbery, the Florida Bankers Association is urging its members to adopt new rules.

Not additional guards or cameras, but a dress code for customers.

The group rolled out a "No Hats, No Hoods, No Sunglasses" program, which includes lobby signs asking customers to remove those items before approaching a teller.

Those who refuse would be directed to an area with more security or a more experienced teller.

to the No Shirts,
No shoes
No service.

Add: No Hats
No Sunglasses
No Hoods.

What happens with people who wear those prescription glasses that change when the sun hits them.
How about Wigs, false Mustaches, makeup.

I think they should take it a step further and require full nudity when approaching a teller. My only stipulation is that the tellers also be in the buff. I know I'd visit my bank a lot more frequently. I already undress some some of them in my mind anyways. :lmao:

I understand their point, but now that this word is getting out it just means robbers are going in disguised and armed so nobody can make them take off their glasses/hats etc.

It's already against the law to carry a gun into a bank.. they don't have problem ignoring that rule.. what makes them think they'll go "DAMN, I can't wear my hoodie in there.. DAMN... can't be robbin this place!!"

At least that would be entertaining while standing in line. I know I get tired of reading the same old posters.

It was almost a year ago that the BurgerKing in California had a sign on the door requesting no sunglasses. I don't remember seeing it there last time I was there.

I don't think this is an absolute terrible idea but they definitley went about it a lil bass ackwards. I mean, no additional guards or anything?! Hmm...o-kay.

But they didn't specify no Halloween masks.

Future news prediction: Richard Nixon back from dead, and this time he IS a crook. :lmao:

NOT Politically Correct!!
The conflicts will start when Muslims claim they cannot remove their head-scarfs for religious reasons and SOMD good old boyz cannot remove their budweiser Hats for the same reason... "we drink our beer religiously down here, ya hear!!!"

The article said if you refuse they will take you to a more experienced teller or a more secure area. I don't really see how a more experienced teller would make a difference, but okay!
