Baptist Church Rd 2/19 or 2/20

I'm guessing the incident happened late Saturday/early Sunday. I checked Mechanicsville's website, but didn't see a story posted yet. Anybody know what happened? When I drove by Sunday morning, a St. Mary's County Cop had his car blocking one lane. I'm not sure what he was doing because there were no vehicles left besides his (he was walking back to his car). However, there was a ton of debris in the road and tire marks. Thanks!

Wow, sounds terrible! Can't believe I slept through that.. I must have been really tired. I live right around the corner. Hopefully all involved are ok. Thanks for the info!!

Is this the same one that happened on Baptist Church rd this morning somewhere between 6:50am-7:50am? There was a black honda (I think it was) that hit a tree. One state trooper and 2 unmarked cop cars were on the scene. I didn't see if there was anybody in the car.
