Barebone systems

Can anyone provide a good references/referrals to a (local owned preferred) computer shop(s) who can build custom, barebone systems? I need a custom comp for my recording studio without all the standard crap that comes preprogrammed on the usual stuff. My PC is just... done. It pooped out on me last night... I had to shoot it. lol
