Bark in the Park! This year's Dog Walk is called "A Bark In The Park" and will be held Sunday, September 10th at Turkey Hill Dog Park in La Plata, MD from 10am to 3pm (rain or shine!). Registration starts at 9am with the "Strut Your Mutt parade" at 10am. Collect pledges, win prizes! Bring your dogs and be ready to have some fun playing games and competing in events like the obstacle course with your dogs. Check out the pictures of our last 2 events by clicking here. Free official bark T-shirts will be given out for $50 in pledges and prizes will be awarded for the most pledges. We'll have a craft fair (see next event below), games and activities for people and pets, live music, food, prizes and entertainment. We'll also have a photographer to take pictures of your pet. For $20 you get the pictures and an automatic entry in the 2007 Pet Stars photo contest and subsequent space for your pet's picture in our 2007 calendar. Call (301) 645-8181 for more information.
