Barn Homes Needed

Rescue group needs Barn Homes for semi-domestic cats. We are trying to place cats that are best suited to life as working cats. They will keep rodents away from grain & food storage areas without being underfoot. All cats are fully vetted & microchipped. Our volunteer will deliver and set up the cats in a special acclimation unit. We serve farms, stables, wineries and estates in MD & VA. References available upon request.

:howdy: I ask again, please explain 'acclimation unit'...?

I post this for a friend of mine. You can call the number listed and ask her. However, I do know that you have to "acclimate" a cat to its new surrounds before you can just let it run free. Otherwise it may try to find its way "home". You've heard about some cats traveling 30 miles to go back to a house they moved away from?
