Ok, Ok, cute but I felt guilty wasteing tax payer dollars watching it for ten minutes. Just think how many dollars it cost to film it. I am sure we could have bought some more body armor for our boys in the field?
Oh fer cryin' out loud. It's a PR piece. Those dollars would have been spent on another PR effort otherwise.
The number of places and dollars that could be saved are vast, I'm sure. Maybe we should have people pledge $$ for body armor, ammo, weapons, food and equipment instead.
"Just 70 cents a day is all it takes to keep this soldier fed and sheltered. Won't you pledge today?" Or something like that.
The left would eat it up with a spoon. Their old bumper sticker about teachers getting huge money when they start their careers and the air force having a bake sale would have come true!
