Barry Bonds gets favorable ruling in perjury case

On Friday, the Ninth Circuit affirmed the lower court's ruling that the government could not use evidence collected from Barry Bond's trainer - including positive results from tests for performance enhancing drugs - against him in his perjury trial. Bond's trainer, Greg Anderson, refuses to testify against Bonds and authenticate the evidence that the government had wished to use.
