Wasn't Australia where they quarantined people in apartment buildings during covid and had armed guards making sure they stayed that way? I'd have to look it up, but my memory is that they were imprisoned literally and couldn't even go buy their own groceries.
I know there were a couple of European countries that did this, if you did not have the jab and your paper work you had better NOT leave your residence
Australia did build camps to put people in, and you NOT ALLOWED to so much as stand out front of your hut
