Why wasn't this kid charged with assault? The girl she hit has a concussion. Her father is an ex NBA player. Dad was also charged with domestic violence twice. The turd doesn't fall far from the dog's ass.

And the attack was egged on by the puncher's mom.

The referee told NBCLA the other girl's mother allegedly said to her daughter, "You better go hit her."

"She did it with intention. A mother inciting violence by telling her daughter go and attack my child," Ham said.

Used to go watch my niece play b-ball for the high school she was in...I quit going because of this kind of crap and the home crowds were horrible. I never saw this happen in Calvert but it was common in Charles..That was 10-12 years ago and from what I hear, it's gotten worse.
