You can save a bunch of money if you do the demolition yourself. I figured I saved around $5-8K doing my own kitchen demo.
Kohler has some great stuff. Needed a deck-mounted pot filler for the kitchen Island stove. Didn't see anything I liked until I spotted this Kohler unit. WAY WAY more than I wanted to spend, but worth every cent. And I got it for significantly less than the retail price show at Wayfair.com.

I'm confused, water comes out of that?
One thing that might save you time if not money is going with an enamled cast iron pan like I'm doing

Cost a pretty penny, but unlike an acrylic pan, these last forever, just like cast iron tubs. And unlike a formed pan, there is zero chance of a mistake in construction causing a leak. And install time compared to a formed pan is pretty easy, doesn even need a motor base. Simply has to be level.
Bump.Any recommendations?
