Coming in March 2008.. there will be a Battle of the Bands held in St. Mary's County! Granted, it is almost a year away, but alot of planning goes into something like this, and we want it to be great.
This is all going for a great cause to help "Save Second Base".
As you have probably seen, we are a team called Thanks for the Mammeries that participates in the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer every year- and we will be doing this fundraiser, to reach our end goal that will allow medically underserved women and men to be treated giving them access to the care they require. And hard-working research teams will be powered by the funds they need to fuel their quest for the cure.
All genres are welcomed to compete. Cash prize for first place, amongst other great prizes, and raffles. Everyone is welcomed to attend and participate.
