Tried my luck on Friday the 13th. I went to the pier on base. 3 croaker on worms. I fished from around noon. I was hoping for better action so I moved over to Hog's point. I got 3 more croakers and a skate. I wrapped up around 4pm just before the rains fell. The steady breeze kept the bugs at bay today which was nice. Some days they are so thick that they run you off or drive you crazy.
