Is this a bad area? I see that it's in the park :)ohwell:), and looks to be near Great Mills, so I'm not getting the warm & fuzzy.

Kernel panic: Aiee.......
From my experience delivering there, Bay Ridge is probably one of the nicest neighbohoods in LP/GM. All are fairly nice single family homes, with the exception of Wolftrap Way; which are multi-family apartments. The nicest homes are off of King Fisher Dr.; which are fairly new. It also looks like new homes are going up at the end of Bay Ridge Dr.

I'd say Bay Ridge would be a good choice if you are planning on moving there.

good neighborhood, but have fun dealing with the builder! find a house that's already built and for sale by the owner... i'd never build with the builder again, it was a nightmare. then again, i've heard that almost all the builders in the area are a nightmare to deal with (especially now, since it's hard to find a decent house that's already built)
