Went there and got a three meat platter. It has Brisket, Pork Belly, and a Sausage. Came with corn bread, slaw, and potato salad. They include one little cup of sauce with this and you have to pay extra for more. To me it was a little better or about the same as Mission, but at about $30 for the platter I won't be driving out my way to get it again.

When I go for BBQ I want Ribs, Chicken on the bone, or Pork chops. Brisket is just a scrap cut of beef that should be fed to the dogs, if you don't like your dog.

.......That's sacrilege! I have to think the 24hours I spend on brining, rubbing and smoking a nice brisket is worth every minute.
