Old Dominion Speedway wants me to cover a race on September 13th, and September 11th is the season finale at Potomac Speedway.

But...... the ARCA Re/Max Series is at New Jersey Motorsports Park for the New Jersey 150. It's the only ARCA race within 3 hours driving distance and it's the only road race of the season.

That is also the weekend NASCAR sets the field that will chase the 2009 Sprint Cup Series Championship down in Richmond.

One of our local racers in VA is racing the sports car race at NJMP that weekend as well.

Because all the track promoters must've got together and decided to schedule all their big events on the same weekend as the other tracks are running their big events. :shrug:

ARCA running in New Jersey that weekend -- well, that's just ARCA being drunk at a bar in Toledo when putting their schedule together.

RFTW wants me to be at Richmond for the Nationwide and Cup races. (Although I HATE covering NASCAR since NASCAR is bullshiat). ARCA and NJMP want me to be at New Jersey. ODS wants me at ODS. So, who do I have to politely flip the bird at? :shrug:

This is still in the air. It's the trifecta of motorsports.

RacingForTheWin.com wants me down in Richmond for NASCAR. I'm waiting to hear back about if they're going to foot the bill.

I want to go to New Jersey really bad. But, I just don't know. IF I can get someone to cover the two races here (Potomac and ODS), I say #### NASCAR and I'll go to New Jersey.
