Been afk, due to...

...being in the main Medstar Health Resort in Leonardtown.

Timeline seems to be, according to doctor's analysis, had a bleeding ulcer, which did its thing over the course of Thursday.
Suffice to say, did notice wrong going on with me that night.

Called off work Friday, hoping a full day's rest would do.

Called off Saturday, had the Mrs. drive me to the ER. Got admitted, had a room by 9 PM.

Tests, scans and procedures later, feeling much better than I have a right to.
Doc said I bled out 4 - 5 units.

Going home with meds later today or tomorrow.

Will be on liquid nutrition for a while.
Last solid food I had was about 6:30 PM Thursday night during my break at Lowe's.

Hope your ok now. My dad also had a ulcer most likely caused by his radiation treatment and his over use of ibuprofen.

I have arthritis, tendonitis or bursitis in most every moveable joint.

Getting a red cell transfusion and more meds today.

Doc is so confident we caught it in time, he's planning a series of follow ups to monitor over the next year.

That's real good, dad had to have part of his stomach removed and when they put him back together they got him sewed crooked.
