Yeah, I heard an iceskating rink was going to be there a while ago. I also heard that Olive Garden might go back there. Have you heard that? They cleared a lot of land so a few things will probably be there. I also heard a road was going to go through there and all the way to FDR Blvd.

Naturally. I used to be preetty good on the ice. But that was before I fell in the pond that one winter and suffered hypothermia and had to have three of my toes sewn together. I'm lucky they didn't need to be removed. I've never been able to balance myself correctly since the "incident". I don't like to talk about it, though, since it brings back such horrible memories.

Suffice it to say, now I have webbed feet.
