Yeah, thats the first thing that caught my eye(not that theres anything wrong with that).

I just can't picture W doing any of that, and I find it irritating that the press is able to print slam pieces like that. Its almost like this guy is trying to make him look like Nixon in his last days.

I can believe it, but it matters not to me. The down-to-earth style is one of the things I like about Bush versus the feigned Mr. Nice Guy personna that some elected officials portray. Honesty in a person, even if some consider the behavior crude, is better then "I never had sexual relations with that woman" ..."Oh wait, yes I did".

The one thing that stands out as pure BS in the referenced article is where they say the photo of Bush "flipping the bird" is recent. Look at his hair and face and then check out any recent video of the Prez, like his comments on the news today about Hurricane Katrina, and it is clear that the photo used is not recent at all but from several years ago.

But I would still like to think that Bush is that unpolished gem that I think he is and capable of just being human.

That's about the only thing in the article that is believable. Any aide of his that made the suggestion of a meeting with that ding a ling is on the wrong team anyway.

Did they say the picture was recent? They made a reference of a recent picture, but didn't think they claimed the one shown in recent. The one shown is back when he won the governor position in Texas. The more recent one even made it to the Jay Leno show. I have videos of both if you want them

He strikes me as the type who could get very pizzed, but he also strikes me as the type who works very hard to control it. I sincerely doubt most of the article is factual because if it was and they had ANYTHING that could reaonably be quoted as a source CNN, NBC, CBS, ABC and MSNBC would have run it until the tape machine was worn out like they did when Clinton jacked up an aide when he was not aware the camera was running.

Also the pic in the article looks altered. Look how long his middle finger looks in relation to the rest of the pic. It looks to me like his middle finger is about 7 inches long

I don't believe for an instant it's true. The picture is obviously doctored and the whole article is an attempt to "shock" people that President Bush could do such things.

I don't really think it's accurate, because if it was, and it could reasonably be substantiated, then CNN, NBC, CBS, ABC and MSNBC, would have run it all day, in between reports on Hurricane Katrina.

If they can give Cindy Sheehan the amount of coverage she gets over her issues, I don't see them censuring themselves over this story.
