U.S. District Judge George L. Russell, III sentenced Kamal Dorchy, age 46, of Beltsville, Maryland, today to eight years in federal prison, followed by 15 years of supervised release, for conspiracy to commit sex trafficking. Judge Russell also ordered that, upon his release from prison, Dorchy will be required to register as a sex offender in the places where he resides, where he is an employee, and where he is a student, under the Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act (SORNA).
