Golden Corrals breakfast on the weekend isnt too bad, if it isnt packed

There was, don't know if its still there, a dive on Route 5 [old 301] over by Davis Antenna that used to make to best, greasyest, breakfast you could find. I was younger and didn't care about the amount grease I ate, BUT MAN WERE THEIR EGGS AND SAUSAGE GOOD!!!

You also got St. Marys Landing in Mechanicsville, that has a breakfast buffet on the weekends for 6.95. That isnt bad either.

This area needs more diners. And not Silver Diner either, but real diners with real diner food and real diner atmosphere. Sometimes you just need an awesome greasy breakfast... at 1am.

Ever tried the Pancake House? Hubby and I have been there many times throughout the years. His Dad used to love it. The food's pretty good, but it's hard to get in the place. Gotta go really early or expect a wait. They definitely need some more "Down Home" types of breakfast places in Southern Maryland. If you don't mind a bit of a drive, Linda's in Leonardtown is good. St. Mary's Landing is okay too. Both have buffets.

Pancakes Plus on 301 in La Plata is awesome! Great food and the service is decent. Herb's in Waldorf food is good but the service is sloooooooooowwwwww! We got up and left the last time and haven't been back.

A couple weeks ago me and hubby get in car to go for a sunday drive and maybe get lunch. We head over 301 bridge to Virginia thinking we were going to Colonial beach to the race track but he keeps goping and we end up in Port Royal at a place called HORNES. OMG, what a great place. Menu was to die for if your into the diner meatloaf thing. Everything looked so good, I need to go back 5 or 6 more times for both breakfast and lunch and maybe a dinner or 2. I highly recommend.
