Best Buy Price Matches

Best Buy now does price matching with Amazon on cell phones.

Found the LG G3 on Amazon yesterday for 1 penny!! Have been looking at it for a while, and couldn't turn this down. Decided to head to Best Buy to see if they would price match. The gentleman said that he didn't think so, but he would check (the amazon product has to be sold and shipped by Amazon and not a 3rd party). It took him about 10 minutes to check, but he came back and said that, as of September, they are now allowed to price match phones!!

I walked out of there with a brand new LG G3 with a case for $15!!

Glad you like the G3. Its an excellent phone. I am waiting for the latest Android Upgrade (Lollipop) to come out. Heard various rumors would be soon. But those are rumors...

Glad that worked for you. Amazon has it that you had to buy a new contract to get that .01 cent. Did Best Buy hold you to that too? I want a new phone, but I don't want to change my plan, so a new contract won't work for me.

Unless that is a change for today, I selected to upgrade my phone on my existing contract with Amazon, and it was a penny. Better check again just to make sure.

So far, I am VERY pleased with this phone. I expect to get the Lollipop upgrade before the end of the year. I upgraded from a Samsung GS3, so Kit Kat was not a problem for me. I can handle Kit Kat for a little longer for a penny!
