Hmmm, well, I have always said that relying on colors and lights for your safety is false security. This vid, though, I'm not so sure it shows what is claimed. Not many left arrows change after the straight light, they usually go before the straight, in conjunction with the opposing arrow. Or at the same time as the straight.
Maybe I'm missing it, looks more like this was a left turn yield on green gone wrong. Not to mention, the biker was not on his game. We cant see where his eyes were, just the cam, but his eyes should have been on that oncoming. That thing got way inside his bubble before he took any action.
