BEST PC game out right now

Im looking for a new strategy game to buy? What do you guys think is the best out right now. I dont want to play something as challenging as Civilization. I used to love the game Dune, anybody know of any games like that besides Red Alert? Whats your opinion? thanks

Strange - I find Civilization to be the MOST fun game to play. It's so addictive, I've destroyed the disks *twice*, only to buy them yet again. All of Sid Meier's games are great.

I use to play Addiction Solitare all the time. Now that it and a bunch of other games I liked have dissapeared from the SOMD games section I play Fowl Words.

Is that a game about birds :shrug: I might be able to conquer that one.


I also like Addiction Pinball... not sure if its the same creator as Addiction Solitare.. :shrug: I just don't get into all the dragons and monsters and violent games, etc.... my brother used to read superhero and tank comic books, and things along that line etc... and I've always been a I Love Archie and Richie Rich comic book fan... I like the light hearted stuff... or a little strategy... How about you?

Red Alert 2 is great, especially with the expansion pack, Yuri's Revenge. Age of Empires II is a fun, addictive game and that has an expansion pack as well. Age of Empires III will probably be out sometime this year.
