Hubby is making us one out of a tree that fell in the yard and he had planed and then dried for a year or so. He's the best.......Lots of labor on his part, but the wood was cheap!

Value City Furniture. It's off of Smallwood parkway in Waldorf; just South of St. Charles Town Center.

There's also Regency Furniture; just North of Waldorf on 301. I've bought two bedroom sets from them (a King, and a Full--including mattresses), and found the prices extremely reasonable for the quality.

Get a king-size bed. Forget the "queen" thing. Plus, one day you may marry a woman, have kids and she might turn into a fatty, so you'll need the extra room. Think ahead, Mike...Geez.
