Curious who would take the place of being considered the best by the posters here.
I personally would have to choose Regan, with Bill Clinton (whom I actually did not like) coming in as a strong second.

I actually don't remember a "Regan." I remember a "Reagan." Regan, however, reminds me of a the main character on "The Exorcist."
