Biden campaign says Trump’s RNC speech "failed" and didn't mention Project 2025

A top leader for the Biden-Harris re-election campaign sent a statement Thursday night following former President Donald Trump’s closing speech at the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee saying Trump left things out of his remarks.

Trump, the 2024 Republican presidential nominee, spoke of dodging assassination during a rally last weekend in Pennsylvania and then highlighted successes during his first term from 2017-2021.

The Biden-Harris campaign said the lengthy speech made no mentions of Project 2025, a Presidential Transition Project launched in April 2023 by a handful of Heritage Foundation directors that’s not associated with Trump's campaign.

What gurp said 2025 has some pretty questionable s*** in it. And the same people that believe the fine people hoax and all that other b******* will swallow this up whole, in fact they have. Trump isn't mentioned by name. It always refers to the next conservative present, but the pitch has been so good that folks will tell you that Trump is mentioned in there like 39 times. And if you tell them that both Trump and Vance have publicly stated on the record that they are not a part of 2025 and there's a lot of stuff in there they disagree with, they'll tell you well. We know Trump lies so he's lying about this. You literally cannot win having that discussion. Maybe if the press was actually honest about this s*** but of course they won't be

Interesting they complain about what President Trump DIDN'T say, and yet they have no comment about his statement that Biden is a worse president than the nation’s prior 10 worst presidents, combined. I guess they agree with President Trump on that point.

I was agreeing with you, I think. The reason that the mainstream media keep mentioning Trump and 2025 together is that because it has some sketchy crap in it and they hope that by linking him to it, they can scare people.
