It's hard to say, but the media appears to be speaking about this and they are usually making excuses for Biden. We all know the media is owned by the democrats and so---as you say, perhaps it is a dem plan to dump Joe. They could probably hold it off for a while , but sooner or later Cameltoe Haris will become a big part of the equasion. They are in deep now where they can't dump Cameltoe as that would make Mccarthy President.
