Biden is reportedly annoyed with his staff's walk-backs of his remarks


President Joe Biden is reportedly frustrated with his staff in the White House and their efforts to "rush to explain" something the president has said.

"The so-called clean-up campaign, he has told advisers, undermines him and smothers the authenticity that fueled his rise. Worse, it feeds a Republican talking point that he’s not fully in command," NBC News reported Monday.

The president was angry that his comments were being interpreted as unpredictable, according to the NBC report. White House spokesperson Andrew Bates pushed back on the NBC report.

Biden also feels that he isn't getting credit where credit is due from the media or Americans with regard to the economy, NBC reported.

"It's important to remember all statements made by the occupant of the White House should be ignored at all costs," said Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre. "They do in no way represent the official position of the President, the occupant of the White House, the United States, or the President of the United States who occupies the White House."

At publishing time, the White House walked back Karine Jean-Pierre's statement and clarified that statements from Karine Jean-Pierre don't necessarily reflect the views of the White House either.

I will give Joe Biden all the credit he wants for the economy.

But the really crazy thing he thinks it's good and he deserves credit.

No idiot, being 500 lb is what makes you look fat.

Biden doesn't look weak because his staff "walks back" his statements - it's making nonsensical, idiotic statements that makes him look weak.

And if the fact that they have to walk back his statements OFTEN ENOUGH that it bothers him shouldn't be a red flag to his supporters, I don't know what will.
