I am not sure which might be worse, the WH lying about knowing, or the fact maybe Garland did NOT inform Biden

Ah, Bennie Boy. "If you managed to follow the Byzantine tax code to the letter, you have nothing to worry about".

Ah, I feel much better now. Dick.

Welcome To The Banana Republic of Biden!

The FBI suddenly raided President Trump’s house in Florida and carried away “boxes of documents and materials” last night because something had to be done. Trump’s candidates are running the table on the empty suits fielded by the corrupt uni-party: the score is currently 173 -14. John Gibbs beat Peter Meijer in Michigan. Joe Kent defeated six-term representative Jaime Herrera Beutler in Oregon.

The Deep State has seen enough.

What happens in Wisconsin, if Republicans actually dismantle the Democrat-run elections commission? What happens if Kari Lake and Mark Finchem and Abraham Hamadeh get elected and start investigations of the 2020 election results? What happens if America’s elections can no longer be rigged by the national security state?

The United States is no longer a constitutional republic — but you knew that already if you’ve been paying any attention at all. The idea that the FBI should raid the home of a former president because some “records are missing from the archives” — Trump’s not fully in compliance with the Presidential Records Act! — is a charge so thin that it might as well be anorexic. We have long since passed the stage at which any excuses can be made for our national security state “public servants.” The mask has slipped. They mean to be our hidden rulers — they mean to pick and choose America’s public officials and politicians for the public — permanently.

The Biden regime is a tyranny, but it’s one that still needed the make-up and dress of a democracy to survive. Our election system is rigged, but our “selected” public officials were still desperate to hide the cheating.

No more.

The FBI and the DOJ just crossed the Rubicon. The Biden regime is going to arrest its political opponents on fabricated charges to avoid defeat in future elections. The Democrats are seizing power — and they don’t care if you notice now.

And the media will stand by cheering them on .

🔥 Earlier this week, I challenged you all to explain the Biden Administration’s foreign policy. We didn’t really nail anything down, but now I think I’ve figured it out and it can be described in two words: childish bullying.

ZeroHedge ran a story this morning headlined, “US Threatens African Nations With Sanctions If They Buy Russian Products Other Than Grain.” According to the story, hyphenated-American Ambassador Linda Thomas-Greenfield warned African countries last week they better not buy anything from Russia besides grain and fertilizer, or else they could face sanctions too.

Specifically, she ominously advised, “We caution countries not to break those sanctions because then… they stand the chance of having actions taken against them.” Her comments were made in preparation for Secretary of State Antony Blinken, who will be visiting Africa next week to do damage control after Russian and China have been romantically courting the entire continent of Africa.

ZeroHedge suggested that the bullying strategy, which it calls “the US approach of using force to get the results that it wants,” is backfiring, and is just pushing more countries closer to the Russia-China bloc. I think that’s right. The Biden Administration is giving countries childish ultimatums, ignoring their economic realities, and it is working about as well as when someone gives their girlfriend an ultimatum.

“It’s him or me,” is almost never a good move. It might work for a little while, but it usually implodes with the guy getting dumped in the most embarrassing way possible. That’s the entire Biden foreign policy.

The FBI has devolved into a personal retrieval service for the incorrigible Biden family. It suppressed, for political purposes, information surrounding Hunter Biden's missing laptop on the eve of the 2020 election.

Previously, the FBI never pursued Hunter's fraudulently registered firearm, his mysterious foreign income, his felonious crack cocaine use, or his regular employment of foreign prostitutes.

Yet in a pre-dawn raid just before the 2020 election, the FBI targeted the home of journalist James O'Keefe on grounds that someone had passed to him the lost and lurid diary of Ashley Biden, Biden's wayward daughter.

At various times, in Stasi-style the FBI has publicly shackled Trump economic advisor Peter Navarro, swarmed the office of Trump's legal counsel Rudy Giuliani, and sent a SWAT team to surround the house of Trump ally Roger Stone. Meanwhile, terrorists and cartels walk with impunity across an open border.

FBI Director Christopher Wray last week cut short his evasive testimony before Congress. He claimed he had to leave for a critical appointment -- only to use his FBI Gulfstream luxury jet to fly to his favorite vacation spot in the Adirondacks.

Wray took over from disgraced interim FBI Director Andrew McCabe. The latter admitted lying repeatedly to federal investigators and signed off on a fraudulent FBI FISA application. He faced zero legal consequences.

White House Climate Science Overseer Sanctioned And Barred By The National Academy of Sciences

A senior White House climate advisor has been sanctioned by the National Academy of Sciences for violating its ethics policies.

Axios reports that Jane Lubchenco, the deputy director for climate and environment at the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, has been pulled up by the NAS for editing a paper later found to contain technical errors, as well as having worked with the scientists involved in it, one of which turned out to be her brother-in law.

Lubchenco was found to have violated NAS Code of Conduct Section 3, which states that “NAS members shall avoid those detrimental research practices that are clear violations of the fundamental tenets of research.”

The section also notes “Members should be fair and objective peer reviewers, maintain confidentiality when requested, promptly move to correct the literature when errors in their own work are detected, include all deserving authors on publications, and give appropriate credit to prior work in citations.”

Axios notes that Lubchenco commented “I accept these sanctions for my error in judgment in editing a paper authored by some of my research collaborators — an error for which I have publicly stated my regret.”

The report also notes that GOP Representatives Frank Lucas of Oklahoma, Stephanie Bice of Oklahoma and Jay Obernolte of California wrote an open letter in February calling for the White House to ” consider whether Dr. Lubchenco’s leading role in the Administration’s scientific integrity efforts undermines public confidence in future policy decisions.”+-

Merrick Garland has 'failed to act' as attorney general, his status at DOJ is 'shrinking': Jonathan Turley

JONATHAN TURLEY: When Merrick Garland was nominated, many of us thought he was an excellent choice. He had impeccable ethics and a reputation and integrity. He also had a judicial temperament which may not be serving him well in this position. Every time he's faced these political controversies, he's really failed to act, that's the reason I refer to his stature shrinking at the Justice Department. We'd all hoped that he could be that moderating force. And he hasn't been that. Every opportunity he's had just to recognize the concerns of millions of citizens, he's really been absent without leave.

This is a good example at Mar-a-Lago. Many of us are saying we have to see the
affidavit before we decide this raid was abusive or not. We have to see what was the basis they gave the court. But he has refused to release that affidavit. But on top of that, the Trump team asked for attorney-client material to be returned or for a special master to be appointed to sort through this material to protect privilege material. That seemed to me a reasonable request and something that the attorney general could say, "Alright, this will assure people that this wasn't a pretext, that we weren't after other material." But once again, he refused. And this is a record that has repeated itself over and over again over the last two years.

As they made their rounds on this week's Sunday shows, President Joe Biden's cabinet members displayed how truly tone deaf this administration really is.

Leah highlighted Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm's remarks on "Fox News Sunday," who casually mentioned lower-income Americans can just lower costs by weatherizing their homes. Education Secretary Miguel Cardona appeared on both CBS' "Face the Nation" and NBC's "Meet the Press," raising eyebrows for his remarks on the former program when it comes to his response as to why families are fleeing public school in Democrat-run cities.

Towards the end of a segment where Sec. Cardona wasn't doing very well to begin with when it came to a lack of substantive or satisfactory answers, host Margaret Brennan brought up how the Los Angeles School District superintendent told them that there "are roughly 10 to 20,000 children who are just simply missing."

As Madeline covered earlier this month, nearly 50,000 students in the district were reported as absent on the first day of school on August 15, with those rates having skyrocketed during the pandemic. Last year's rates were even worse.
