No Honeymoon: The Enthusiasm for Biden's Presidency Appears to Match the Enthusiasm for His Campaign

Americans’ response to Biden’s policies and the president himself is lukewarm at best. Two separate polls, Rasmussen and Harvard/Harris, show that more Americans believe the country is on the wrong track than the right track. Rasmussen reports that 56% of likely voters feel the nation is headed down the wrong path, and Harvard Harris says a plurality of 47% feel the same, with 43% responding that we are headed in the right direction.

According to Rasmussen, for his first month in office, Biden has a Presidential Approval Index rating of -5. This finding is consistent with the firm’s Daily Presidential Tracking Poll, which has never entered positive territory for Biden. On two days in mid-February, those who strongly approved of his performance and strongly disapproved netted out to zero, and that is the highest it has been. There was a low of -10 on February 26.

Economic confidence has also declined for the third month in a row following the election. Before Election Day, it was 126.4 in Rasmussen’s index and heading back toward the high of 147.8 directly before the pandemic lockdowns. The index now sits at 97.8, a nearly 30-point slide. Harvard Harris also shows a plurality of registered voters, 45%, who believe the economy is on the wrong track and a majority, 53%, characterize the economy as weak. Rasmussen finds a plurality of Americans expect their financial situation to worsen, and only 18% believe the economy will get better. Only 13% of unaffiliated voters, an important constituency for 2022, feel optimistic that the economy will improve.

Well clearly those polls reflect how racist and white supremacist the country is.

I don't know why his polls are going down, this is exactly what they voted for when they voted for Biden.
You are correct but you also have to remember that he has boned the unions rank and file . That should a major embarrassment for the leaders but you will never hear about it.

With Polling at 100 Days Will Joe Biden Finally Realize His Agenda Does Not Have a Mandate?

On Sunday morning, media talking heads were touting President Joe Biden’s approval rating after 100 days in office citing polls from NBC News and ABC News/The Washington Post. Both polls found that Biden’s approval sits at 52%, which the commentators pointed out is ten points higher than Donald Trump’s at the same milestone in his presidency. However, as the Washington Examiner’s Byron York pointed out, Biden’s approval is the third lowest since President Harry Truman. Only President Trump and President Gerald Ford scored lower. Both of them had the media united against them, and Biden has received nothing but air cover and glowing coverage from the corporate media.

Further, when you examine the poll detail, NBC surveyed American adults. It broke out some results between registered voters and non-registered respondents. Biden’s approval was 51% in this population, and his disapproval was 43%. In the ABC poll of American adults, the disapproval rating was 42%. The only president with a higher disapproval rating going back to President Truman was President Trump. The margin of error for ABC’s poll and the measure of registered voter responses from NBC was 3.5%, meaning there could be a much narrower difference between those who approve and disapprove.

Despite the approval rating, NBC’s poll found that 56% of Americans feel the country is on the wrong track. Further, it found that a plurality of 48% prefers a smaller government with fewer services, even post-pandemic. These results are surprising, given there are significant sampling errors. The ABC poll oversamples Democrats by 9%. NBC’s version oversampled Democrats by 6%. While results are weighted in the polls, the full effect of oversampling is never corrected. Polls of American adults are also not as indicative of the electorate as polls including only registered or likely voters.

St Biden can only muster 52% ... when 80 million ' voted ' for him and the Press is in the Tank for Biden and both polls were heavily over sampled

That’s right, the drooling puppet president who has been perma-fluffed by the mainstream media is beating the guys the MSM hated but not anyone else. How awful do you have to be to not get a better boost from the media lust than Grandpa Gropes has gotten?

There is only so much that the propaganda wing of the Democratic National Committee can do with these numbers though:

Despite the approval rating, NBC’s poll found that 56% of Americans feel the country is on the wrong track. They put their thumb on the scale by oversampling and still can’t get the results that they want.

There is no objective measure of success of Biden’s presidency that can be directly attributed to him. His greatest achievement thus far is the successful rolling out of the COVID-19 vaccines in the United States, which wouldn’t have happened without President Trump achieving the almost impossible with Operation Warp Speed. The stock market had nowhere to go but up after being brutalized by the Wuhan Chinese Bat Flu. Puppet Joe hasn’t really accomplished anything.

CNN Poll: 7 in 10 who watched say Biden's speech left them feeling optimistic

https://www.cnn.com/profiles/jennifer-agiesta
The 51% who had a very positive reaction to Biden's speech is a bit more muted than reaction to the first address from other recent presidents. Barack Obama had the strongest first outing of the last four presidents, with 68% saying they had a very positive reaction to his speech, and George W. Bush in 2001 earned a similar 66% very positive. Fewer -- 57% -- had a very positive reaction to Donald Trump's 2017 address.

Nice Framing CNN ..... but Trump BEAT Biden by 6 %
