I'm a decidedly low-miles-per-year rider anyway...so I value handling performance over longevity. Thanks!I use Bridgestone Exedras. The strat eats em up, 3500, tops. However, they do what a bike tire is supposed to do; stick.
Thanks! And hey....I have not seen any rides announced yet except a couple on AA-HD's web site. You usually know what's coming up. ?I have been using Dunlops for the past 50 k on my Roadking. No complaints performancewise. I get about 15k out of the rear and 30k on the fronts. I am not riding on bologna skins when I change them either. Metzlers (hope I spelled thay right) have been given good reviews by friends.

Used to ride on Metzlers until Bridgestone came out with dual and triple compound tires. Had an issue fronts slipping out in the wet, totally lost confidence with themI ended up going with Metzlers..
Thanks! Any other rides you know of that are coming up sooner?..The Charlotte Hall Veteran's Home Poker Run will be on August 11th. Save the date. This will be the 10th annual for the event. Planning has been ongoing and we are hoping to make this the best ever. I will post the info when it is finalized.
Pshaw. I bet I drag exahust pipes on the pavement more than you do! They have the rash to prove it...but with your choice of ride you probably won't worry to much about aggressive leaning or high speed performance..
.

If I drag a pipe I got SERIOUS problems....Pshaw. I bet I drag exahust pipes on the pavement more than you do! They have the rash to prove it...
Dang if that chopper doesn't sit incredibly low to the ground...![]()
