Set the camera on tripod and used the bulb setting, tried several ISO and shutter times to take a picture of the Big Dipper. DC sky glow is terrible, and yes it was cold at 4:00 a.m.

Just trying to find the best settings for the next meteor shower, then I can set everything outside, connect to my laptop, tell it what to do, and then go inside and watch tv for awhile, yeah it was worth it

Awesome shot!! You can even tell the middle star of the handle is a binary star!!
