Which is funny in a way. The Commissioners are always supporting new commercial developments when the current developed commercial sites don't have full occupancy. Not only that, the only businesses that can afford to lease spaces are corporations and franchises. It is near impossible for the mom and pop business to afford such commercial rents.
I wish someone would bring back something along the lines of Peebles, that was the only store I frequented when shopping local other than bouncing around the different food stores.There are several new businesses going into empty stores in Fox Run in the next 6 months..
