Biggest brisket I ever seen

..just went in to the brine. Huge brisket..the last Black Angus we got from Earl was "oversized" because he couldn't get slots at the meat processing plant he uses over in VA when he was ready to take animals over. This one ended up being over 900# dressed weight.

I'll add pics when its on the smoker.

I have been searching this area for a proper TX BBQ shack. Not a bright shiny chain - although Rudy's does have good brisket - but a no chit shack with a big ass pit out back. One you can smell a mile away.
