I hope you could read the sarcasm in my comment. Throwing an insult in with the invite to an event where clubs aren't welcome to attend the entire event is just a little bit ignorant. JMHO.

I am not seeing where clubs aren't "welcome to attend the entire event"?

We've had quite a few clubs at this event every year and they are invited to wear their colors throughout the event at MIR and the ride, just not into Apes (the owners rules). So far, we have not had an issue with any "attitudes" as all the club members that attend know this is a great charity event. They usually take their colors off after the ride is over and leave them on their bikes and/or do not attend the afterparty.

It would appear that there is a preconceived notion that MC's bring attitude with them.

You're doing a excellent job of showing how MC members don't always have a crappy attitude.

You and your club going to be in attendance?

In the 9 years that we have done this event, this is the first attitude I've heard from someone claiming to be part of a M/C.

Last year we had attitude from some that drove their cars because it was raining and cold, but the bikers (to include 1%ers, vets, and weekend warriors) were there to support the March of Dimes.

Puddleducker, I hope that you enjoy whatever it is that you are going to do on the day of this event and that you don't run into anyone with an attitude (in any clubs or on any wheels).

Someone will be riding this year I think. "Someone" has a new scoot.
Not me.

:fixed:

I'm having the girl drive the truck with all the T-shirts and stuff....

Remind me to give you a magnet on Thursday so you can remember to ride down with me

In this event? No thanks. Too big. I'll buy a t-shirt to help out though. XL.

It's being held in conjunction with the MIRock this year...we are on the pit side, which means you can ride your bike and watch the races after the bikes leave....I don't plan on riding in the actual ride, I'll watch them leave (taking pictures like I've done for the last couple years) and then ride to Apes to help set up

If you don't want to do this, you need to decide if you want last years shirt or this years....I have last years at the house, but the new ones you can't get until the event
