On behalf of the Dixon Administration, 14 of 18 Baltimore Delegates have introduced a bill that would limit public access to certain public records.
Only Dels. Peter Hammen, Talmadge Branch, Ann Marie Doory and Sandy Rosenberg declined to sign on to the bill.
If HB 615 becomes law, any public document in Maryland that is related to a pending civil action could be withheld.
