Holy ####!

I just finished Mission 1, which is the beginner routine and it was a nice little workout. Not a total ass-kicker where you can't keep up and start flailing around, but I'm definitely feeling it in my arms and upper body. The lower body is going "eh :shrug:" because it's used to jogging 3-5 miles on an incline every morning. But all the upper body typically gets is a few half-hearted pushups.
