Birthday party locations

Hi everyone,

My little one will be celebrating her first birthday next month (October) and we are currently living in a small apartment, so we don't have a place big enough for party attendees. Does anyone know of a place that we could rent for her first birthday party. We are anticipating no more than 25 guests. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

First birthdays are tough. There isn't too much the little ones can do so a place like One Stop, Chuckie Cheese or Jumpyard is kinda a waste of money IMO. Do you have any family members or a friend that will let you have the party at their house? Or maybe even McDonalds for a party place.

I can ask family, but I really don't want to impose.

I've always read that even though it's a first birthday party that you should not make a "big deal" with the party. Obviously you need to plan around the lil ones nap time and to make it only a few hours. So, maybe just ask your mother or the fathers mother if they have the room to have a lil something at their home. Knowing that you live in a small apartment I don't see why they or some other family member would object

Nicollettis has party rooms in the back (no charge). Reserve a room there, invite everyone to attend for lunch or dinner and bring a cake in. You place your orders at the counter so you might want to let everyone know to place and pay for thier own order OR you could be nice and order a few pizzas for everyone to share.

Thanks. I was wanting to use Nicollettis as a last resort, no offense to Nicollettis.

My daughters b-day is in mid Oct. and we've always had nice weather for outside parties. I would find a nice park with a playground.
We've done this twice at Hallowing Point Park. Once we took a small trailer with straw bales and took the kids (w/ adults) on a quick hayride through the parking lot. It was a hit-kids loved it, they ranged from 1-5 yrs.
